PDM HISTORY
In 2007, the would-be realization of a dream started from a simple conversation of four noble men: Mayor Epifanio V. Guillermo, Vice Mayor Juanito H. Santiago, Governor Joselito Mendoza and Mr. William R. Villarica: public servants, entrepreneurs, philantropists; united in thoughts and inspired by a common vision: A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR EVERY MARILENYO.
A piece of land, donated by Mr. WILLIAM VILLARICA, ATTY. HENRY & MRS. LINABELLE VILLARICA, was originally envisioned to become the third public high school in the municipality. But eventually, after hearing public clamor and understanding the plight of the marginalized sector, plans shifted to a more ambitious yet more timely decision: having our own local college.

A historic date, as the entire people of Marilao implored GOD'S guidance and took a major leap as one people towards the realization of A DREAM: MARILAO'S OWN LOCAL COLLEGE - THE PAMBAYANG DALUBHASAAN NG MARILAO.
